The Process

 Our process begins with an on-site consultation where we assess the proposed location, access and layout opportunities for your tiny home. This allows us to gain a clear understanding of your property and discuss your vision, while outlining the next steps required to move forward with the project. 

 Following the consultation, the project moves into the approvals stage. At this point, we refer you to our preferred certifier, who will manage the necessary building and plumbing approvals for your secondary dwelling. This stage can include a preliminary assessment, giving you a clear understanding of what approvals are required and helping you decide with confidence whether you’re ready to proceed. 

Once all approvals are in place, the project moves into the construction phase. Skilled tradespeople bring the design to life with precision, quality finishes, and attention to detail. Upon completion, a final sign-off ensures everything meets your expectations, allowing you to step into and enjoy your beautifully crafted new space, ready for living, entertaining, or relaxing.
